Plans and organizes activities and workshops, coordinates artists, and facilitates their needs to ensure a smooth program flow.

Promotes the festival through social media, drafts and distributes press releases, and interacts with the media and the public.

Supervises booths and exhibitions, provides information to visitors, and ensures the security of artworks.

Ensures participant safety, coordinates the security team, manages emergencies, and provides first aid.

Organizes catering services, coordinates food and beverage suppliers, and ensures compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
